Thanks for information. It was useful.
I just manually mapped a hyperlink/push button in App Designer to the FIELDTYPE column in PSPNLFIELD (for links/buttons, the fieldtype additionally refers to the target action/destination). This is for PTools v8.49. Here are my results:
