Keytool in %PS_HOME%/jre/bin
Followig command
keytool -import -trustcacerts -alias
Once this was done SSL was stated posting reports.

Report Unable to post over SSL
We are not able to post the reports using SSL.
This was jre keystore did not have he appropriate keys.
Keytool in %PS_HOME%/jre/bin
Followig command
keytool -import -trustcacerts -alias -file /tmp/ -keystore /apps/pshome/jre/lib/security/cacerts
Once this was done SSL was stated posting reports.
