PeopleSoft Compare Report Setting for HTML

This to check before you want the compare report to generate browser reports.

1. regedit - hkey current user - software - peoplesoft - pside - DWORD - UpgHtmlOutput=1 (if 0, no html output will be generate).

2. Even if the above is set ..compare viewer.html and other root htmls will not be generated if

PS_HOME/setup/upgCompViewer directory does not have appropriate files under the report files and project files folder.

3. if you get out of memory error set the buffer size under tools - options to 10. did not help me with 5.

Report Unable to post over SSL

We are not able to post the reports using SSL.
This was jre keystore did not have he appropriate keys.
Keytool in %PS_HOME%/jre/bin
Followig command
keytool -import -trustcacerts -alias -file /tmp/ -keystore /apps/pshome/jre/lib/security/cacerts
Once this was done SSL was stated posting reports.
